Next Day Courier Delivery - £5

Order before 11am Monday - Thursday for next day delivery

Who will deliver my order?

We currently use DPD.

 

Do you deliver to my country?

We currently only deliver to people residing in England, Scotland and Wales excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

 

When do you deliver?

Our courier can deliver anytime between between 0800 and 1800 on the notified day of delivery. We do not take any responsibility for consignments that perish or go missing if 'no one was in' to sign for and accept the delivery on the specified delivery day.

 

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will advise your estimated delivery date and delivery slot.

 

Please note that our deliveries are sent on a signed for service which should help identify who has accepted the delivery.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help.

  • Check to see if you have a delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local sorting office or delivery depot.
  • Check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
  • Look in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as a specified area or in a shed, garage or porch.

If your order has not arrived after this time, and you are certain that it isn't with a neighbour or another member of your household, please Contact Us and we will investigate further.

Please note that items must be reported as missing within 24 hours of being dispatched to you as we are unable to take any action on your behalf after this time.

 

Will I need to sign for my order?

All our products require a signature on delivery unless you agree for the courier to leave your consignment in a designated safe place via the DPD app. Please be aware the products are food items and we do not recommend they are left unattended outside and we do not accept any responsibility for any quality issues encountered in this situation.

 

What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

We can only guarantee the consignment will reach you in an optimum condition on the designated next day service. If you choose to delay delivery by moving the delivery date via the DPD app or if you are not in to receive your parcel or choose not to unpack the order on the day of receipt and store as required this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot take any responsibility for any loss of quality or degradation of the product. We are unable to offer a refund or a replacement in such circumstances.

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Order before 11am Monday - Thursday for a Next Day Courier Delivery. For orders placed after 11am on Thursday until 11am on Monday, delivery will be made on the Tuesday.

 

Can you deliver over the weekend or on bank holidays?

We do not dispatch or deliver products on weekends or bank holidays. However if you need cake urgently please contact us and we will do our best to help.

 

Can I add any special delivery notes?

Special delivery details will be added for the courier however we cannot guarantee that these will be followed, it is possible to update DPD via their app.
