Who will deliver my order?

Our specialist food service partner handles all sourcing, storage, picking, packing and delivery of your order. They are local experts trading for over 75 years They will deliver to your front door in a safe and efficient manner.

Can I come and walk around your warehouse and pick my order myself?

Positive Kitchendoes not hold any stock or have a retail space for you to visit. Positivekitchen.co.uk is an online market place that brings together the best local food producers and customers. Working with our specialist food service partner we are able to offer home deliveries and click and collect services that cover Leicestershire.

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Please allow at least 3 working days. For Example if you order on Monday by the 1pm cutoff your delivery will not take place before Thursday but may be later than this due to high demand. If you require your delivery sooner please use our Drive Through Click & Collect Service if you can.

 

How do I know when my delivery is?

We will send you an email confirming your Delivery Date on the following working day from when you placed your order. Please note it will be at least 3 working days. For Example if you order on Monday by the 1pm cutoff your delivery will not take place before Thursday but may be later than this due to high demand. If you require your delivery sooner please use our Drive Through Click & Collect Service if you can.

 

When do you deliver?

Our specialist food service partners can deliver anytime between 0800 and 1700 on the notified day of delivery. We do not take any responsibility for consignments that perish or go missing if 'no one was in' and accept the delivery on the specified delivery day.

 

What exact time will my delivery arrive?

Our deliveries take place from 0800 and 1700, Monday - Friday. We are unable to specify a time so please ensure you are in on this day.

 

How is my order safely delivered to me whilst carrying out social distancing rules

The delivery man will knock on your door until you have acknowledged them and then leave the shopping near to the door for you to carry in once they have moved back a safe distance.

 

Will I need to sign anything?

The driver will take a photo of the delivery outside your property to confirm delivery. No signatures will be required. Please be aware the products are food items and we do not recommend they are left unattended outside for any length of time and we do not accept any responsibility for any quality issues encountered in this situation.

 

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently only deliver to people residing in Leicestershire, England. We are expanding our network to cover more counties across the UK. If you are interested in partnering with us please get in touch.

 

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. The delivery can take place anytime between 0800 and 1700 on the notified day of delivery. If you have not received your order by 1700 please contact us.

 

Can you specify a time for my delivery?

Unfortunately not at this stage. We developed this very quickly to help people in Leicestershire get access to food. We will refine the system but currently we can not provide a specified time.

 

What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

We can only guarantee the consignment will reach you in an optimum condition if you are able to accept the delivery when our specialist delivery partner is at your property.

If you are not in to receive your parcel or choose not to unpack the order on the day of receipt and store as required this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot take any responsibility for any loss of quality or degradation of the product. We are unable to offer a refund or a replacement in such circumstances.

 

What if I suddenly need to go out on the day of delivery?

If you are not at home please leave a note of where the delivery driver is best to leave the order. PLEASE BE AWARE: They cannot leave it with a neighbour. If you are not in to receive your parcel or choose not to unpack the order on the day of receipt and store as required this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot take any responsibility for any loss of quality or degradation of the product. We are unable to offer a refund or a replacement in such circumstances.

 

What if I forgot to leave a note?

IF YOU ARE OUT AND THERE IS NO NOTE THE DELIVERY DRIVER WILL NOT LEAVE THE ORDER. THE DELIVERY DRIVER WILL TAKE BACK THE ORDER AND IT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE FOR A MAXIMUM OF TWO DAYS. PLEASE CONTACT US TO ARRANGE A SUITABLE TIME FOR COLLECTION.

 

What if I can't collect?

IF THE ORDER IS NOT COLLECTED AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO OFFER YOU A REDELIVERY SLOT WE WILL HAVE TO DONATE YOUR SHOPPING TO A LOCAL FOOD BANK. We will be unable to refund you for your order.

 

Can you deliver over the weekend or on bank holidays?

We do not dispatch or deliver products on weekends or bank holidays.

 

Can I add any special delivery notes?

Special delivery details will be passed to our distribution partners so please do share important information that will make your delivery as easy as possible.

How does Drive Through Click & Collect work?

Our drive through click and collect service is offered Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

 

Can I choose my Drive Through Click & Collect time?

We will send you an email confirming your 20 minute collection slot on the following working day from when you placed your order. You can not specify a timed slot at this stage. Please help us provide good service by arriving on time for your collection.

 

Where do I go for my Drive Through Click & Collect order?

The pick up location is outside Leicester Food Park situated on High View Close, Leicester. LE4 9LJ. You will see a sign and our delivery partner's vehicle.

 

Can I come earlier to pick up my order?

Please arrive within your time slot out of courtesy to others. Unfortunately these time slots cannot be changed.

 

What if I missed my slot?

We understand emergencies can happen, if you have missed your slot please contact us via email so we can arrange a new collection date for you. IF THE ORDER IS NOT COLLECTED WE WILL DONATE YOUR SHOPPING TO A LOCAL FOOD BANK. We will be unable to refund you for your order.

 

What do I do when I arrive?

When you arrive show your order number on your phone / print out through the window. Please do not step out the car, other than to unlock your car boot if it cannot be unlocked from inside the car.
