Coffee Shop Tray Bakes – Our New Exciting Flavours for 2020
With the new decade underway we are excited to share our fun new flavours that we will be launching throughout the year for our tray bake, scone and tart ranges. To start with here are our new wholesale traybake flavours for January 2020.
Check out our NEW Chocolate and Raspberry Cake Traybake, this is a classic and a sure seller to add to your cake range in your cafe and coffee shop! Made using high quality cocoa powder and ground almonds along with other clean ingredients to create that truly rich and luscious taste finished with 100% natural freeze dried raspberry powder to cut through the chocolate with its tart and tangy tones.
Inspired by the well known “After Eights” this NEW Mint and Chocolate Tart Traybake is a classic combination of cool refreshing mint and rich chocolate. The tart traybake is made using completely raw ingredients so therefore is not taken above 42 degrees when being produced. The tart has three distinct layers, the crunchy chewy chocolate base, the smooth and creamy chocolatey layer and finished off with the moorish and silky light green mint layer with a dark chocolate swirl garnish. A luxurious tart traybake that is happy left out of the fridge if required for selling with tea or coffee or as a dessert served with a chocolate soil as an upsell option.
The Brownie flavour that every customer always looks for…here is our NEW Salted Caramel Brownie Traybake. What can we say about this other than it is a combination that works without fail! Our homemade sweet and salty gooey caramel mixed in with deep chocolatey goodness finished with an extra helping of chocolate garnish is the perfect match to any coffee or tea purchase from your cafe or coffee shop.
Not everyone loves Chocolate but everyone loves cake in some form or another so we have designed the best pairing of richness and sweetness with our NEW Raspberry and Pistachio Blondie Traybake. The Brownie without the chocolate. This rich sweet Blondie Traybake has the fruity and tangy notes of the raspberry running through it with an added topping of freeze dried raspberries and creamy pistachios to finish which is incredibly moreish.
