Coping with COVID-19 and supplying food to the Leicestershire area
We have designed Positive Kitchen to answer many local Leicester and Leicestershire families problems caused by the disruption of COVID-19.
The first and most important one is to keep everyone as safe as possible from the risks of COVID-19 and so we have two methods which mean you can either stay in the comfort of your home or your car and still be able to feed your family with no stress.
Please see how our ordering systems work below. If you would like a regular delivery slot every two weeks please submit your request here. You will not be allocated a delivery slot until you have had a confirmation from us via email. There are no additional charges or subscriptions costs for this service other than the usual delivery cost of £5 for orders below £100.
All our handpicked suppliers are following the COVID-19 current guidelines and we will continue to keep updating these following the government announcements.
The delivery drivers will be following the social distancing guidelines and will not require any signatures. They will knock on your door until you have acknowledged them and then leave the shopping near to the door for you to carry in once they have moved back a safe distance. The drivers will take a photo of the delivery outside your property to confirm delivery. No signatures will be required.
Our drive through click and collect service is just as easy and you do not even have to get out your car.
You will be given a 20 minute slot to avoid you waiting.
You can either show your phone screen through the window of your car or to help us see your order number and name clearly, please print off the email we send you or write your name and order number on a sheet of paper to show the delivery team on entering the collection area. Once you have unlocked your car we will open your boot and put in your shopping. Please ensure there is enough room in your boot for your shopping!
